Bordeaux-Undiscovered's New Website

You may have wondered what has kept us so busy recently – we have been busy developing a new website! It is finally live and we are really excited about it! Please check it out and see what you think! It has lots of new features and a whole range of new wines to add to our favourites. We have made the site easy to navigate and you can search for a wine by grape, style or price.

We now have a seasonal feature which will allow us to recommend wines for different times of the year as well as occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or Christmas. We have loaded our suggestions for Summer Wines and I am thinking of including a Barbeque or Al Fresco section to it.

Some of you might be interested in our Food and Wine Pairing section with Recipes . . . I have many recipes I can add to it from these pages on my blog but I was wondering if any of you would like to feature a recipe? We could feature your blog or website and suggest wines to accompany the dish. What do you think?

You'll notice that we have added several superb food friendly clarets to our new site priced in the £6.50 - £9.99 range . . . such as Chateaux Bel Air, Loyasson, Chevalier d'Albran, Millet Lartigue and Teyssier. We have two new Bordeaux Superieurs: Chateau Roc de Levraut (£8.35) and Chateau Sainte Marie (£9.95) - both offering great value for money.

We have a new range of single variety wines in our from Negotiant House Jean Baptiste Audy: Audy Cabernet Sauvignon and Audy Merlot (£6.44) as well as Cuvee (£5.99) - a blend of these two grapes plus Syrah.

One of our new features is Nick's Cellar which contains a selection of fine wines that Nick recommends from his own cellar from the Bordeaux AOCs of Saint Emilion, Pomerol and Saint Julien.

I hope you like the new site – and please let me know if you'd like to take part in the featured Recipes!
